Good news for Reacher fans! Maria Sten, who plays the tough and brilliant Frances Neagley, is getting her own spinoff show. And guess what? Filming has already started!
In an interview with Men’s Journal, Sten revealed, “We start filming tomorrow. Literally tomorrow. We’re stuck in a snowstorm, but we’ll shoot right through it because that’s what we do in this franchise.”
The spinoff, announced in October 2024, will follow Neagley as she investigates a suspicious accident that killed a close friend. Using her skills from working with Jack Reacher and her time in the 110 Special Investigators unit, Neagley is on a mission for justice.
Fans might even see Alan Ritchson return as Jack Reacher in the new show. While it’s not officially confirmed, Sten hinted that he could make a guest appearance.
Even though Neagley wasn’t in the Persuader book—on which Reacher Season 3 is based—she plays a major role in the upcoming season. Sten also shared that the new spinoff will feature original stories not based on the books.
