Want to Be on TV? “Landman” Season 2 is Filming in North Texas—Here’s How to Be an Extra!

Exciting news for North Texans—season 2 of the hit Paramount show Landman is currently filming in the area, and you have a chance to be part of it!

Legacy Casting is looking for extras to appear in upcoming scenes, and they’ve posted several casting calls on MyCastingFile, a website used for background actors. Filming is taking place in Fort Worth, Benbrook, Weatherford, Cresson, and Irving.

Who They’re Looking For:

“Roughneck” Men with Trucks – Thirty men with trucks (any color except red) are needed for a night shoot in Cresson on Friday, April 4. If you get the part, don’t wash your truck—the scene is set on dusty roads, so a little dirt is perfect!

Senior Citizens – Want to be part of the Western Skies Retirement Home scenes? If you remember Angela and Ainsley volunteering there in Season 1, this is your chance to join in! Filming will take place at Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford. They’re also looking for extras to play administrators and attendants.

Truck Stop Patrons – No truck? No problem! On Wednesday, April 2, extras are needed for a truck stop scene in Weatherford. Just bring your car (but no red or white vehicles).

Paramedics with Experience – If you have first-response training, you can be part of a scene where a Landman character receives first aid.

All roles are paid, and anyone interested must create a profile on MyCastingFile to apply.

So, if you’ve ever dreamed of being on TV, now’s your chance! Who knows? You or someone you know might just make it onto the big screen.

Season 2 of Landman doesn’t have a release date yet, but stay tuned for updates!
